MOTHER'S DAY -- MAY 2015

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE WATCHING THE ELDERS AS THEY SKYPE WITH THEIR FAMILIES.

STILL IN CAPE TOWN

What a treat we had as we were headed to the airport.  Our driver took us on a slight detour to one of the chapels in a different township.  This chapel is used as a daycare/school during the week. 

WE LOVED OUR VISIT...

CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA

We enjoyed a trip to Robin Island.  This is where Nelson Mandela was held prisoner. 

Quite an interesting history of this country.

CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA -- MAY

We enjoyed a few days in Cape Town, South Africa.  We had some great training from our leaders and got reacquainted with old friends.  We love these wonderful people and feel so honored to be serving with them. 

 Somehow we always find a little time to enjoy
the sights around Cape Town.

HUMANITARIAN VISIT

Dr. Sykes is an eye doctor from Utah that comes and teaches other surgeons how to do cataract surgery and other skills.  We all enjoy getting to know him and his wife. 

We are afraid this will be his last visit. :-( 

We are so grateful for individuals who are so willing to share their talents.
